Check the academic record
Open Academic record. Verify completed courses, credits, and saved grades. Completed courses feed prerequisite and progress checks; adding a future course to a roadmap does not make it completed.
Check the plan
Open Roadmap and confirm the selected plan and programs. A course in the wrong semester, a missing tracked program, or an unsaved edit can change what you see.
Use Requirements to review requirement and prerequisite context. If a course should count but does not, compare its exact Rutgers code and the applicable program requirements. Do not delete correct academic history to force a progress total.
Check a GPA projection
In GPA, review saved grades, planned credits, and expected grades. A projected grade changes a scenario; it does not update your official Rutgers transcript.
Resolve a discrepancy
Confirm degree and credit decisions with your advisor. Contact support with the program, course code, expected result, and result shown. Send the details of the mismatch without a private sharing link or transcript attachment.
