Use the same account
Open Sign in, choose Sign in with Google, and select the Google account you used for your saved schedules and plans. A different account has a separate Scarlet Sync record.
If the sign-in page shows the wrong account, choose Sign out and use another account, then select the account you intended.
Recover access
For a forgotten Google password or missing verification code, use Google account recovery. A Scarlet Sync password-reset email does not change your Google password. School-managed Google accounts may need help from their administrator.
If you have a separate Scarlet Sync password-recovery email, use its newest link. If it cannot be opened, review Scarlet Sync password recovery options. This separate recovery flow does not recover your Google account.
